Mushrooms Chicken Soup



Mushrooms chicken soup is one of my favorite soup. In Taiwan, we usually eat this soup to improve our immunity and warm our body in winter. If somebody gets sick, family usually make this soup for the patient to supply the nutrition which lose during sick. This soup is very simple and you don't need to take a lot of time to cook. Mushrooms chicken soup is healthy and delicious.

Recipe:
1. some dry mushrooms
2. chicken
3. salt
4. a few piece of ginger

Method:
1. put dry mushrooms in cool water to be soft.
2. Put chicken in hot water until the chicken is done.
3. Put mushrooms, chicken, ginger, and water in the pot and cook 40 to 60 minutes by mid fire.
